The Kremlin has released a video capturing the work of Russian President Vladimir Putin in the first hours following the terrorist attack at the "Crocus City Hall" concert hall in Krasnogorsk. The footage, shown in the media, shows the head of state listening to reports from various agencies and organizations.
The first video recording from the president's office was published on Telegram by Pavel Zarubin, the host of the TV program "Moscow. Kremlin. Putin" on the "Russia 1" channel. In the video, the journalist lists the names of the officials who called Putin: "Bortnikov, Kolokoltsev, Bastrykin, Zolotov, Golikova, Kurenkov, Murashko, Vorobyov."
"Eleven people have been detained?" - the president asks one of the interviewees in one of the video fragments.
As reported by "Delovoy Petersburg", on the evening of Friday, March 22, four men in camouflage entered the "Crocus City Hall" concert hall, where a concert by the band "Picnic" was supposed to take place. The unknown individuals opened fire on the concertgoers in the corridors and the auditorium, and then set fire to the venue.
All four perpetrators were apprehended as they were heading towards the Ukrainian border. In total, 11 people have been detained on suspicion of involvement in the terrorist attack. One of the detainees is a missing assistant of the "Picnic" band, who was killed by the terrorists.
The burned-out "Crocus City Hall" was shown from the inside and from a helicopter in the aftermath of the attack.
In St. Petersburg, after 40 years of development, a portal called "Eastern Tribune" was presented.
St. Petersburg museums will observe a minute of silence in memory of the victims of the terrorist attack in Crocus.
