Porsche Design presents its latest Chronograph 911 GT3 and Chronograph 911 GT3 Touring watches, designed to match the newly released 911 GT3 and 911 GT3 Touring cars.

Porsche has recently launched updated versions of its 911 GT3 and 911 GT3 Touring sports cars. These models are known for their puristic design and high-performance capabilities. Porsche has managed to retain the naturally aspirated engine, despite the growing trend towards electric vehicles. To complement these new cars, Porsche Design has released the Chronograph 911 GT3 and Chronograph 911 GT3 Touring watches.

The Chronograph 911 GT3 and Chronograph 911 GT3 Touring watches are inspired by the concept of a "sports car on the wrist." They are based on the classic Chronotimer Series 1 architecture and pay tribute to the early models designed by Butzi Porsche in the 1970s. These watches feature a lightweight titanium case, measuring 42mm in diameter with a thickness of 15.3mm. Sapphire crystals and a titanium screw-down crown enhance the durability of the watches, which are water-resistant up to 100m.

One of the unique features of these watches is the ability to customize them according to the specifications of the owner's car. The owner can choose from various finishing options for the case, bezel, and dial, allowing for a personalized look that matches their Porsche 911 GT3 or 911 GT3 Touring. The dial design includes bold indices, a yellow ring, and black rhodium-plated hour and minute hands with Super-LumiNova. The chronograph hands can also be configured in different colors.

Under the caseback, the watches are powered by the COSC-certified Porsche Design WERK 01.200, a proprietary automatic movement made in collaboration with Sellita. This movement has a flyback function and offers a power reserve of 48 hours. The watches come with a calfskin leather strap made from original Porsche vehicle leather and can be closed with a titanium folding clasp.

The Porsche Design Chronograph 911 GT3 and Chronograph 911 GT3 Touring watches will be available to order from the end of the year. They will be exclusively sold to buyers of the new Porsche 911 GT3 or 911 GT3 Touring at Porsche centers and Porsche Design Stores worldwide.
