Residents of Tver are being advised to prepare for significant traffic congestion in the Proletarsky District, particularly around Komsomolskaya Square, as construction on the Western Bridge continues. The city administration has announced that preparatory work will begin on February 19, with the installation of four temporary railway bridge spans scheduled to start on February 24.

The redevelopment of the railway overpass, which runs above Kalinin Avenue and Komsomolskaya Square, is expected to take place from February 24 to 27. During this period, temporary traffic restrictions may be imposed, causing delays for commuters.
