Zenith releases the Defy Skyline Chronograph Skeleton, completing their Defy collection with a contemporary aesthetic and high-frequency El Primero movement.

Last year, Ressence announced the Type 8 to great excitement and surprise from fans. Now, Baltic, a French independent brand, offers vintage inspired watches assembled in France.

I have always been a fan of the Zenith Defy. The Defy line is my all-time favorite collection of sports watches. However, it has often been overshadowed by other Zenith collections. But now, with the release of the new Defy Skyline Chronograph Skeleton, Zenith is finally giving the Defy the attention it deserves.

The Defy Skyline replaces the Defy Classic, a beloved line of medium-sized and thin sports watches. The new Skyline features a skeletonized dial and runs on Zenith's high-frequency El Primero caliber. It strikes a balance between legibility and a contemporary aesthetic.

The Skyline Chronograph Skeleton is powered by a skeletonized version of the El Primero 3600 movement. It measures and displays elapsed time to 1/10th of a second. The central seconds hand rotates every 10 seconds, adding a unique touch to the watch.

There are two versions of the Skyline Chronograph Skeleton available: one with a black dial and one in blue. Both versions come with a stainless steel case and a matching bracelet, as well as a rubber strap. The watch is water-resistant up to 100 meters.
