Starting February 15, new toll rules have been introduced for the Moscow Expressway (MSD) during peak hours on weekdays. The changes apply from 7:00 to 11:00 and from 16:00 to 20:00, while the rest of the day and weekends remain toll-free.
The expressway has been divided into nine sections, each costing 5 rubles. Depending on the distance traveled, drivers will pay between 5 and 45 rubles during the specified hours. The goal is to prevent excessive traffic congestion on the highway.
These measures are part of broader efforts to manage traffic flow and improve infrastructure in the region. The changes aim to balance convenience for drivers with the need to maintain efficient road usage.
