The latest addition to the Belisar collection is the Belisar Chronograph Sport, which brings a more modern aesthetic compared to its vintage-inspired predecessors. This 43mm chronograph is predominantly black, with black DLC coatings, a black ceramic bezel, and a black textured dial.
The muscular case of the Belisar Chronograph Sport measures 43mm in diameter and has a thickness of 14.65mm. It features the collection's signature screw-down flanks and crown protectors, which are treated with a black DLC coating. The flanks slightly protrude beneath the lugs, creating a sleek black bevel. The pushers and crown, on the other hand, are polished to a bright finish.
The watch is equipped with a domed sapphire crystal with an anti-reflective coating over the dial, as well as a sapphire window on the caseback. It offers a water resistance of 100m, making it suitable for everyday wear.
On the side of the watch, the two rectangular chronograph pushers have the words "Reset" and "Start/Stop" engraved in black varnish. A third pusher at 10 o'clock is used to correct the date. The glossy black ceramic bezel features a tachymeter scale with white numerals and markings.
The black dial of the Belisar Chronograph Sport is decorated with horizontal grooves embossed in the center, adding texture to the composition. Three sub-dials stand out against the grooved background, including a 30-minute counter at 3 o'clock, a 12-hour totalizer at 6 o'clock, and a small seconds counter at 9 o'clock. The hands for the chronograph counters have a yellow lacquered strip, matching the yellow tip of the central chronograph seconds hand. The date window is discreetly tucked into the 12-hour counter.
The chapter ring of the watch features concentric circles, reminiscent of vinyl records, and hosts applied hour markers and a large Arabic numeral 12. These elements are treated with blue emission Super-LumiNova, matching the skeletonized hour and minute hands.
The Belisar Chronograph Sport is powered by the UNG-27.SI automatic cam-activated chronograph movement, based on the Valjoux 7750. It operates at a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour and has a power reserve of 65 hours. The watch comes with two interchangeable straps: a black textile strap with a yellow underside and a rally-style leather strap with perforations and an additional folding clasp.
